LOCAP has been formed to provide a platform through which public or private entities, and or individual impact entrepreneurs, can review proven innovations purposed to help communities become resilient, "smart", and sustainable for all of their residents.

We provide appropriate people and or entities with the opportunity to license proven platforms so that they can be used to create new businesses driving increased economic vibrancy in any community.

The founders and or their own companies either own or have equity in some of the innovations that are offered. We do not expect any equity in companies that wish to be listed on LOCAP, and there are also no fees to be listed (see Apply).
